We are a small family operation ran by brothers Phil and Kyle along with our better halves, Meredith and Tara.

Our goal is to provide a place where families and friends can make memories.

This has been a family home for decades, with every structure built with love by Papa Ady.  The estate has hosted countless family reunions, get togethers with friends, outdoor movie nights, bonfires, birthday dinners, and seen the family grow with each grandchild.

With the ebb and flow of life and seasons changing, Kyle and Tara eventually bought the family home, bringing along Grandma Gina to live in the mother-in-law apartment.

The idea of Kitsap Country Charm was born when Kyle and Tara had to move cross-country for work in 2024. With so many amazing memories made here, we imagined what it would be like to come back to visit every once in a while: to start up the Traeger and smell the smoky BBQ goodness in the air, fresh cut grass on the lawn, and eat dinner on the deck as the sun sets and outdoor lights flip on.

These were the kind of moments that make life worth living, and we figured, if we could imagine coming to visit, why couldn’t we give others this amazing experience?

So, from our family to yours, welcome! We hope you enjoy the home and the estate. Feel free to explore the private woods in the back, or take a stroll down the quiet, tree covered Walnut Road.

Head out Bridgeway and the Purdy Spit just 5 minutes away, or further afield with a day trip on the waters of many glacial lakes, the Hood Canal, the Puget Sound, the Strait of Juan de Fuca, or the Pacific Ocean.

Visit one of the 1000s of trails across multiple State Parks, National Parks, National Forests, and even venturing to one of the 100s of mountain peaks.
